Leaving Las Vegas
Hello again.
After our new little love San Francisco "The Masterplan" took us to new places, new frontiers in this galaxy of america.

Yosemite Falls
Big Sur and Yosemite
1st step is the road trip along the coast towards Big Sur. surprisingly the nature got something and is very well comparable to west coast of Ireland or any other of our overrated coast lines ;) Ramon - go there by bike if u can: its a beautiful ride. arriving at Hearst Castle (of which I never heard before) we didnt want to pay some horrendeous 20 dollar to see a rich guys phantasy of a castle. we got that in reality back home :)
of we go to Yosemite National Park. Its like disneyland for the elderly with waterfalls on every corner and a very pretty valley indeed. dont expect anything to happen there since its invaded by ppl and waring signs everywhere.
its a bit like the black forest ;) to spare some buck for the entrance to another National Park (Sequoia Park) you can easily see these huge trees around the entrances of Yosemite Park for free.

Next we stayed the night in a small town in Nevada, where we wondered into a local bar. Someone just had his birthday party and everyone seemed to know eachother there. Some classic country hits were played and few tequilas drank. It was like from a movie about american countryside life. Weird.
Next day we saw some local "sights", like sign to a highschool prom or sign for all of their churches.
off to Death Valley where air conditioning is everything. its astonishing for a while but soon weve got a little tired of rocks and the "5 minutes outside-sweating-starting to swear-running back inside" routine is getting boring too. We tried to find some rattle snakes or at least a skull or two, but no luck.

Eiffel Tower for real?
Oceans Eleven

So... Las Vegas was just as crazy, just as sparkling at eveninglight, just as gambling mad and just as shallow as you might have imagined! It is possibly to get married in a small chapel with Elvis Presley as your priest and spend your honeymoon night in a heart shaped bed.
It is possible, aswell, to spend all of your money!
We, of course, did nothing of the above. :)
Was weird seeing all those artificial countries and cities and feel the heat from Death Valley around you! We got the hottest temperatures in there, 40-45 degrees!
It still was not for us and after 2 days we got tired of the cheap margaritas and headed to Los Angeles!
